Making savory clam egg fry
The clam meat was left in the freezer. I've been thinking about how to eat this for a long time, but since it's raining and cloudy, I want to put it in oil and eat it's. That's why I'm making clam egg pancakes. It's savory, so it tastes really good with salted seafood.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, parboil clam meat in boiling water for 1 minute. After a minute, I'll take out the clam meat and drain it.
STEP 2/9
Chop up the green onions.
STEP 3/9
I'll officially start making it. Add eggs and salt to the blanched clams.
STEP 4/9
Please add cooking wine.
STEP 5/9
Add green onions.
STEP 6/9
And mix well.
STEP 7/9
I'll cook it now. Pour the clam egg water into a pan with 4 spoons of cooking oil and grill it.
STEP 8/9
You can fry it until it's golden brown. The more clams you put in, the harder it is to shape them. So if the shape gets messed up when you flip it, you can shape it if you whisk around one or two more eggs.
STEP 9/9
It's done!
When you flip the clam egg fry, if the shape is not good, pour additional egg water on top.
