How to make spicy and crunchy enoki mushroom stir-fry
When deciding what to cook, I think I often choose what I can cook with the remaining ingredients in the refrigerator. Today, 2 bags of enoki mushrooms were left in the refrigerator, so I tried stir-frying them with spicy red pepper paste sauce. It is a cost-effective top mushroom that can be cooked quickly and easily. The crunchy texture of enoki mushrooms in the spicy gochujang seasoning feels so fresh and it's perfect as a side dish. If you put it on top of rice, it would be good as a dish of stir-fried enoki mushroom rice. Enoki mushrooms, which cost two to three bags for 1,000 won, wore red pepper paste seasoning and became a wonderful dish. I like light dishes, so I usually stir-fry mushrooms in soy sauce, and it's a taste that Dotty who likes spicy food will like. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut off the bottom of the top mushroom and shake off the impurities with a wet kitchen towel.

Beat in 5-10 pieces of top mushroom strands.

Mix the sauce for stir-fry with red pepper paste sauce.

Chop up the cheongyang peppers.

Grease a heated frying pan with plenty of oil and spread enoki mushrooms thinly.

Turn the top mushrooms upside down and bake.

When the enoki mushroom dies, pour the mixed seasoning over it.

Shake enoki mushrooms and seasonings gently from side to side with chopsticks to mix mushrooms and sauce well. You don't need a neat visual and if you're busy, just mix it with Hwi-hwi's seasoning.

Place chives or chives on top of top mushrooms and sprinkle sesame seeds on top of finely chopped cheongyang peppers neatly placed on a plate.
