STEP 1/6
Chicken Feeding: Cut yellow fat and wing tips. Sprinkle with pepper, sprinkle with enough salt, flip over, and mix several times to season well. (Use enough salt to taste good without seasoning)
STEP 2/6
Pour a cup of milk into the chicken and let it sit for about 20 minutes. I was in a hurry, so I was in a few minutes, but maybe because I didn't throw away the milk and kneaded it here, it was fishy zero!
STEP 3/6
Don't throw away the milk. Add one tablespoon of frying powder and one tablespoon of curry powder and mix it several times.
STEP 4/6
Repeat adding frying powder and kneaded chicken to the bag and shake it to mix. (Use half a cup of frying powder) Put frying powder in the bag first.
STEP 5/6
If it's this ugly and bumpy, it'll be fried crispy and delicious.
STEP 6/6
Fry them all once, then fry them again, they're ripe and crispy on the outside.
Depending on the size of the chicken, or the concentration of the dough, the amount of frying powder may be added. When kneading, it is really delicious because it is well seasoned with salt and kneaded several times. (It's fast and easy if you check the video.)
