Making Marshmallow Sticky Rice Cake (Microwave)
I added a lot of marshmallow to make sticky rice cake. It's not difficult at all because it's cooked in a microwave^^

  • marshmallow
    50g
  • Milk
    120ml
  • glutinous rice flour
    100g
  • Salt
    1/3t
  • Sugar
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Mix the powder in a bowl.
STEP 2/9
Pour milk into marshmallows and melt it in the microwave for 1 minute.
STEP 3/9
Pour the melted marshmallow milk into the glutinous rice flour and mix the dough.
STEP 4/9
Wrap it in plastic wrap, make a hole in the air, and microwave it for 2 minutes.
STEP 5/9
Mix the dough.
STEP 6/9
Wrap it up again and microwave it for 1 minute.
STEP 7/9
Work hard on the dough. It's hot, so be careful^^
STEP 8/9
Make it round.
STEP 9/9
Roll it on starch and you're done. I used potato starch, but other starch is fine.
