retro sensibility nickel-silver / stainless steel lunch box bent
Today is picnic day. I went on a picnic with my friend. Instead of the old nickel-silver lunch box, I packed a stainless steel lunch box with old vibes, so I think I can go on a trip to memories> I cooked only 4-5 dishes and used the side dishes I made before, so the number of side dishes seems to be higher, but I prepared a lunch box easily. If you have to prepare all the side dishes, you can wrap them quickly and comfortably if you prepare them the day before. It's the same side dish, so it's much better to eat outside. I guess wind and green serve as seasonings.

Cooking Steps

I added a spoon of turmeric and cooked rice.

I cut the bottom of the enoki mushroom, tore it roughly, sprinkled a little bit of fine salt to season it, sprinkled the pancake powder with egg clothes, and made enoki mushroom jeon.

I blanch the sausage once in boiling water to remove the bad ingredients, rinse it in cold water, remove the water, and bake it in a frying pan.

I blanched garlic stems slightly and seasoned them with sauce such as blue crab sauce, pear juice, and red pepper powder. For stir-fried eggplant, cut the eggplant and bake it in an oiled frying pan. When the eggplant is cooked gently, add a little bit of brewed soy sauce, a little bit of oligosaccharide, stir-fry it, and then add sesame oil.

I used the pickled green garlic before. The green garlic was washed and sliced, and the pickle sauce, water, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar were boiled in a ratio of 2:1:1:1 and then poured to ripen them.

I also made beef abalone with soy sauce. Pour enough water to soak the beef about 2/3 and cook it over medium heat for about 40 minutes, cut the abalone, cut the beef, add soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and cheongyang red pepper, and boil it over medium heat to soak the seasoning. Lastly, I added abalone and boiled it for about 5 minutes.

I also used side dishes for the palace and water. After washing the gungchae or water several times, it was soaked, blanched in boiling water, and then fermented by pouring soy sauce pickle sauce. Later, I took out the gungchae or water and seasoned it with sweet and sour gochujang sauce. If you do this, it won't go bad, so you can leave it for a long time and eat it.

The day before, I blanched the vegetables in boiling water and seasoned them with fish sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Boil fish cakes in boiling water once, remove bad oil ingredients, rinse them, cut them into bite-size pieces, fry them in an oiled pan, and stir-fry them with brewed soy sauce and oligosaccharide.

I put rice in a muffin cup paper and shared side dishes, cut fruits, put them separately, made drip coffee, and made tea bags.
- It takes a long time and it's hard to prepare all at once. Think about the side dishes in advance and use them after preparing them the day before and putting them in the refrigerator. Of course, you can use other side dishes in the refrigerator.
