Okonomiyaki is a Japanese dish where meat, vegetables, and seafood are mixed in flour dough, baked on an iron plate, and then eaten with sauce. It is mainly made by putting meat and seafood on cabbage and putting a lot of katsuobushi on it.

Cooking Steps

Rinse the shredded cabbage in water and wash it.

I put whole wheat flour and water in a 1:1 ratio, but I put in about a cup of paper each.

Season with fish sauce, stir well with a whisk, and mix well so that it does not lump.

Heat the pan well, add oil, and place the dough on top. Place the dough in a suitable size and bake while trimming the shape thickly.

Prepare the sauce while Okonomiyaki is being baked. Place pork cutlet sauce and mayonnaise in disposable plastic gloves to shape.

Squeeze the sauce on the finished okonomiyaki, poke the tip of the plastic gloves with a toothpick to make a hole, and squeeze it in shape.
