STEP 1/5
If it's pasta, place the water in a boiling pot and wash the garlic stems that will go into the sauce while the water boils and cut them into 2-3cm pieces to make it easy to eat. Slice the garlic, too. You can add plenty of garlic. I don't have it, so I'll take 3 shots.
STEP 2/5
Pour oil over medium heat and stir-fry garlic and onions
STEP 3/5
Stir-fry salted pollack roe and shrimp in a garlic-sliced frying pan.
STEP 4/5
Put salt in boiling water and boil the noodles. When the sauce is done before the noodles are cooked, turn the heat down as low as possible or turn the heat back on when the noodles are cooked.
STEP 5/5
When the noodles are fully cooked, take them out and put them in a saucepan, add 2 ladles of noodles, stir-fry, and mix. You don't need to add salt separately because it's seasoned well with salted noodles and oyster sauce. You can chop up parsley or green vegetables, sprinkle parmesan cheese, or add toppings to your taste.
- If it's pasta, put water in a pot for boiling and set the time while preparing the sauce while the water boils, the cooking is fast and delicious. - I can't take a picture of the noodles, so I don't have it, but please boil the noodles in boiling water with salt for about 10 minutes.
