I made stir-fried oyster mushrooms because I needed simple and delicious side dishes. It's a super simple side dish that takes less than 10 minutes to make.

Ingredients
  • oyster mushroom
    126g
  • onion
    22g
  • Carrot
    35g
  • Sesame oil
    1T
  • baby salt
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Chop the onions and carrots and tear the mushrooms. Pour 300ml of water into the wok and boil the torn oyster mushrooms.

When the water boils, add the chopped onions and carrots and bring to a boil.

Bring to a boil until the water is all boiled down.
STEP 4/5
When the water is all boiled down, add 1T of sesame oil and sprinkle baby salt to suit your taste.

After seasoning, mix thoroughly and turn off the heat.
When the water is completely boiled down, sesame oil is added to make it more savory and delicious.
