STEP 1/13
You can add or subtract vegetables according to your preference other than the recipe ingredients. I also made it by adding all the vegetables in the refrigerator. Soak vegetables in vinegar water and wash them.
STEP 2/13
I used 1 medium onion, broccoli and frozen ones little by little, and crushed garlic.
STEP 3/13
Mushrooms were brewed using oyster mushrooms at home, and we used additional bottled water because we lacked water.
STEP 4/13
First, put the onion slices in the pot and add the garlic slices that were stirred for 10 minutes. Add a little water to the mushrooms and boil for about 10 minutes.
STEP 5/13
Meanwhile, chop the cabbage and celery.
STEP 6/13
Cut tomatoes and carrots into appropriate sizes.
STEP 7/13
Boil the onion and garlic for about 10 minutes, add cabbage, tomatoes, celery, carrots, etc., and pour the mushroom and water together. Add all the broccoli, yam, and mushrooms and boil them together.
STEP 8/13
When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium and cook for 30 minutes.
STEP 9/13
Grind ingredients that have been boiled for 30 minutes with a slow blender.
STEP 10/13
I added a little bit of detox soup and ground it with apples, bananas, and bits. It doesn't taste sweet, so you can add sweet fruits to make it taste better. If you grind it like this, it tastes like detox juice :)
STEP 11/13
On the left is detox soup without fruit and pure vegetable soup. On the right is the detox soup with fruits.
STEP 12/13
Put the rest in the freezer and keep it and eat it in a medium heat.
STEP 13/13
Add your favorite vegetables to the recipe's basic ingredients and make detox soup and vegetable soup. It's good because you can drink it comfortably and healthily.
You can add other vegetables in addition to the ingredients in the recipe, and you can add or remove vegetables according to your preference. You can adjust it to your taste and make it with your favorite vegetables.
