Cheese Kimchi Fried Rice Recipe for Flavor
It's easy and convenient for anyone to make kimchi fried rice, but I added perilla oil to it and added a spoonful of flavor!! It tastes amazing. It's not comparable to my usual kimchi fried rice^^

  • Kimchi

  • instant rice
    1bowl
  • perilla oil

  • Cooking oil
    1/2T
  • Eggs

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
The kimchi refrigerator cuts the kimchi from last year and cuts it into small pieces using scissors.
STEP 2/7
Sprinkle 1t of sugar evenly on the kimchi.
STEP 3/7
Add 1T of perilla oil.
STEP 4/7
Stir-fry kimchi.
STEP 5/7
Stir-fry kimchi for about 3 minutes, push kimchi to one side of the frying pan, put 1/2T of cooking oil in an empty space, and break an egg to make scrambled eggs.
STEP 6/7
Mix kimchi and eggs well, then add a bowl of cold rice and mix well.
STEP 7/7
Transfer the completed kimchi fried rice to a bowl, put a handful of cheese, microwave it for about 3 minutes, and melt all the cheese.
It is a cheese kimchi fried rice with a savory and fragrant scent that combines perilla oil, eggs, and cheese. If you have perilla oil at home, try cooking with a spoonful! Add 1 spoon of soy sauce or oyster sauce if the seasoning is bland when you only add kimchi to your fried rice!
