Originally, restaurant's seasoned bizzi was seasoned right away, but the freshness of the bizzi wasn't like made bizzi right away, so I lightly stir-fried it in oil and seasoned it. It's good to stir-fry or steam it once if you get it because it goes bad easily. If you stir-fry it and season it, it's more fluffy. If you steam it, it's a bit moist. It's so delicious that I wonder if it's crispy and savory
