STEP 1/13
Prepare bok choy and blanch it with oil
Since bok choy has a lot of soil on the root side, it can be washed in running water and divided into half or four pieces and blanched in boiling water for about 10 seconds. If you blanch a spoon of oil such as olive oil in the water, the gloss is coated in a Chinese style, disappearing and the crispness is maximized.
STEP 2/13
Drain the blanched bok choy and put it around half of the plate nicely. Leave half empty for abalone and stir-fried mushrooms.
STEP 3/13
preparing abalone
Wash abalone evenly with a toothbrush, remove it from the shell, and remove the intestines and mouth.
STEP 4/13
Make a cut and marinate abalone
Five of the seven abalones were cut into 1cm thick slices by putting cuts on a flat top to make them easy to eat. I marinated it while I was preparing vegetables with rice wine and pepper. If you like ginger scent, you can cut it into pieces and marinate it.
STEP 5/13
Vegetable preparation. Mushrooms are good for shiitake, oyster, saesongi, and top. Cut shiitake or saesongi into pieces and tear apart the strands of oyster or top. Chop the onions.
STEP 6/13
Chop green onions. Chop green onions or chives for garnish.
STEP 7/13
When the abalone frying pot is preheated, add olive oil, lower it to low heat, add abalone, and stir-fry it evenly with soy sauce and oyster sauce. Tip 1>>> When you stir-fry abalone over low heat, it cooks gently instead of chewy.
STEP 8/13
Gently stir-fry abalone honey team 2>> When the moisture from abalone dies down and stir-fry evenly, cover it with a ladle of water, cover it when it boils, turn off the heat, and steam it. It has the effect of steaming it slightly and making it soft, so you'll be surprised by the soft texture. I'll stir-fry the mushrooms while you wait.
STEP 9/13
Put olive oil in a mushroom pan and stir-fry onions, mushrooms, soy sauce, and oyster sauce for about 20 seconds. If the mushroom gets watery, lower the heat to low
STEP 10/13
Stir-fry water starch (starch 1: water 3 ratio) evenly around and stir-fry until the sauce boils once. If you mix water starch in the ratio of starch to water, the concentration is right
STEP 11/13
Cover the empty space of the plate with bok choy and mix the mushrooms and abalone with the sauce in the empty space in the middle.
STEP 12/13
Finish with sesame oil and green onion garnish - Sprinkle bok choy with enough sauce - Finish with sesame oil and chopped green onion. (If you want to add a big flavor, it's good to add red pepper or red pepper garnish.)
Please look forward to the abalone bok choy dish and the egg that is good to eat with it :) Have a fun and delicious spring weekend
