Making pusilli salad and pusilli cold pasta using oriental dress
Oriental dressing based on soy sauce is one of my favorite salad dressings, and today I used this dressing to make pusili salad and pusili naeng pasta. It's a refreshing and filling salad.

  • brewed soy sauce

  • lemon juice

  • Oligosaccharide

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Add pusili noodles to boiling water, add 1t of salt, and bring to a boil for about 10 minutes.
STEP 2/10
I'd like 3 slices of lettuce cut into good sizes for a salad.
STEP 3/10
Wash 6 cherry tomatoes clean and cut them in half.
STEP 4/10
Cook salami slightly in a frying pan and prepare it.
STEP 5/10
I'm going to make oriental dressing for you to put in pusili naeng pasta. Place 1t of minced garlic, 2t of olive oil, 2t of brewed soy sauce, 1.5t of lemon juice, 2t of oligosaccharide and 1.5t of sesame salt in a bowl.

Mix the ingredients well.

In the meantime, the pusili noodles were all cooked, so I sifted them out. Usually, I use pasta right away without rinsing it in cold water, but today, I'm going to make pusili cold pasta, so I washed it in cold water.

In a bowl, place all of the pusili, lettuce and cherry tomato salami.

Sprinkle oriental dressing evenly and mix.

The oriental dressing pusili salad is complete, which is good to eat in a refreshing.
