Recipe for seasoned chives (Lee Guk-ju seasoned chives)
I made the seasoned chives that Lee Guk-ju cooked. I used to put fish sauce in the seasoned chives, but this time I removed fish sauce and added vinegar, so I could taste the fresh and sweet seasoned chives. (Big drink: rice spoon measurement)

Cooking Steps

If there are withered leaves or yellow spots, cut them slightly, shake them gently in the bowl, wash them about three times, and drain them.
Cut the washed chives into about 4.5cm long pieces.
