Cut the chicken tenderloin diagonally into 0.5cm thick pieces and marinate it for more than 10 minutes with 1 tablespoon of refined rice wine, a little salt, and a little pepper.

Chop the green onion, shred the onion, and slice the mushroom.

Grease a heated pan and stir-fry sliced onions.

When the onions are half cooked, stir-fry them with sliced mushrooms and salt and set aside.

Make mayo sauce with 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, and 1 tablespoon chopped green onion.

Grease the pan with vegetables and stir-fry the marinated chicken.

Place stir-fried mushrooms and chicken on top of warm rice.

Sprinkle soy sauce on top of chicken.
It's good to add wasabi to soy sauce^^
