Making Malaxianguo with this golden mala sauce
I enjoyed the meal kit Maraxianguo (@6998605) that I bought at Lotte Mart last time, and I fell in love with the taste of Maraxianguo, so I made it at home this time.

Ingredients
  • flat noodles
    100g
  • Seafood
    1cup
  • Cabbage
    1handful
  • Sesame leaf
    1/2pack
  • Bean sprouts
    1handful
  • Malatang sauce
    1pack
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I'll take out the ingredients from the refrigerator and make mala xiang guo! If you add meat, mushrooms, ham, rice cake, and corn noodles, you can enjoy more delicious Malaxianguo^^
STEP 2/6
Seafood modems (shrimps, squid, mussels) are frozen, so we prepared them by blanching them in boiling water. The vegetables have been washed and trimmed.
STEP 3/6
Prepare the flat noodles by soaking them in water.
STEP 4/6
Grease a frying pan, add all ingredients except perilla leaves and flat noodles at once, and stir-fry 1/2 bag of mala sauce.
STEP 5/6
When vegetables and seafood are cooked to a certain extent, add flat noodles and perilla leaves and stir-fry them for 3 minutes.
STEP 6/6
Put it in a pretty bowl.
This non-gold mala sauce is rather salty, so don't put in a whole bag of sauce from the beginning, taste it and add it little by little! Enjoy delicious Malaxianguo with full of favorite ingredients!
