How to make baby fish mackerel soy sauce braised without fishy s
Braised mackerel that I made because I thought I'd be sick of eating only grilled mackerel. It's delicious without a fishy.

Ingredients
  • Mackerel
    3piece
  • Radish
    82g
  • leek
    little
  • ginger powder
    1/2t
  • crushed garlic
    1t
  • Rice shrimp
    1t
  • Baby soy sauce
    3T
  • Sugar
    1/2T
  • anchovy broth
    250ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Soak boneless mackerel in milk for 20 minutes to remove any irregularities.
It was frozen, so it smelled a little fishy.
STEP 2/7
Cut the radish and green onion into small pieces.
STEP 3/7
Add the rice shrimp to 250ml of broth and bring to a boil.
STEP 4/7
When the broth boils, add mackerel and radish and boil it together.
STEP 5/7
Add 3T of baby soy sauce and 1/2T of sugar and stir well. Add 1t of minced garlic and 1/2t of ginger powder.
STEP 6/7
Sprinkle with pepper and boil down the stock with green onions.
STEP 7/7
When the soup boils down, taste it and turn off the heat.
The sauce is not strong, so you have to control the fishy smell!
