STEP 1/8
Use kitchen towels to remove blood from beef brisket.
STEP 2/8
Put the beef in a bowl, add 2T of baby soy sauce, 1T of cooking wine, 1T of oligosaccharide, 1T of minced garlic, mix well, and wait for a while.

Chop 30g of green onion very finely.
STEP 4/8
Pour 1T of cooking oil in a heated frying pan and stir-fry green onions.
STEP 5/8
When the green onion is golden, stir-fry all the beef brisket.
STEP 6/8
Stir-fry the meat as you press it so that it doesn't lump.
STEP 7/8
If the moisture comes out as shown in the picture, stir-fry it until the moisture disappears.
STEP 8/8
When all the moisture is gone, spray 1T of sesame seeds to finish.
This is a recipe for side dishes that my 31-month-old daughter actually eats.
-It can be served as a side dish, but it can also be used as an ingredient for rice balls or fried rice in rice.
