STEP 1/10
I love chwinamul with a unique scent because it spreads the fragrance in the mouth. It's one of the foods that I always eat in spring because of its attractive scent. Clean 200g of chwinamul and prepare it.
STEP 2/10
Boil water and half a spoonful of salt, then blanch the chopped chwinamul for 10 seconds.
STEP 3/10
Blanch well in 10 seconds. Prepare the tray.
STEP 4/10
Rinse it with cold water twice and squeeze it to prepare.
STEP 5/10
Don't cut the short chwinamul, but cut the long chwinamul in half.
STEP 6/10
Prepare blanched chwinamul, chopped green onions, and 1 spoonful of minced garlic.
STEP 7/10
Prepare 1 spoonful of soy sauce and 1 spoonful of soy sauce.
STEP 8/10
Prepare 1 spoon of sesame oil and mix well with seasoning.
STEP 9/10
Mix it well and stir-fry it slightly over low heat. Just stir-fry it thinking it's breathtaking. When the green onions are cooked, turn off the heat and add a spoonful of sesame seeds to finish.
STEP 10/10
The stir-fried chwinamul, where you can feel the scent of spring, is completed. Today's dish rich in vitamin A, stir-fried chwinamul is also good to eat with bibimbap.
If you blanch it for too long, it will get tough, so it's better to blanch it in boiling water for about 10 seconds.
