Boil water and half a spoonful of salt, then blanch the chopped chwinamul for 10 seconds.

Blanch well in 10 seconds. Prepare the tray.

Rinse it with cold water twice and squeeze it to prepare.

Don't cut the short chwinamul, but cut the long chwinamul in half.
