If you use uncut shrimp, cut and organize the shrimp horns and antennae's front legs with scissors, peel the body, make deep cuts to the inside of the shrimp's back, and then remove the intestines. If using trimmed shrimp such as Costco frozen shrimp, thaw it, give it a back sheath, and remove the intestines.

Use minced or chopped garlic to make 100g of whole garlic alive.

Chop up the chives.

Chop the red pepper.

Put 1/2 cup of minced garlic (100g) in a pan, add 1t of salt and 1/2t of sugar, mix well, and stir-fry.

Heat 1 ladle of oil in the pan to the point where there is a slight smoke, stir it little by little, and when the garlic turns yellowish, turn off the heat and mix with 1/2T of liquid chicken stock, 1/2T of water, and 1/2T of sugar.

Place the prepared shrimp on a plate facing up, place the prepared garlic paste on the shrimp back, and steam it for 7 minutes in a steamer,

Add chives and red pepper as garnish on 7 to complete steamed garlic shrimp.
