1. Pour water into a pot and boil it over high heat to soak chicken breast.
2. When it boils, turn off the heat, remove the chicken breast, and wash it in running water.
3. Pour water so that the boiled chicken breast is submerged, and when it boils over high heat, reduce it to medium-low heat. Remove the foam that rises.
4. Close the lid at an angle and boil it for 20 minutes.

It's good to take out the chicken breast and use the boiled broth for the soup.

I prepared 250g of boiled chicken breast.
STEP 4/13
There are some minced chicken breasts and carrots, so I'm going to put them in together. You can chop the carrots in the microwave.

Slice the onion thinly, add 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp vinegar, and 1 tbsp salt, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes. Prepare pickled onions by squeezing out the water.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of honey mustard, 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese, and pepper.

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a frying pan and bake bread over medium-low heat.

Bake the other side of the bread without butter. If you make a sandwich with the unbuttered side facing outward, it's good because your hands don't get greasy.

Place the butter-roasted side up, then add cheddar cheese and plenty of chicken breast salad. Cover it with the rest of the bread and it's done.

I put 1 tablespoon of honey mustard on a tortilla 20 centimeters in diameter and put cheddar cheese on it. Put the young leaf vegetables and tomatoes on top and then put the chicken breast salad. If you roll it, the chicken breast tortilla wrap is complete.

I wrapped it in parchment paper and cut it in half. I added crunchy young leaf vegetables, and it's really good.

Chicken breast sandwiches are light and savory. It tastes better with the added freshness of pickled onions.
If you bake bread on one side in butter and the other side without butter, it's very good because it doesn't get oily when you hold it in your hand.
