Wash and drain the chicken.

Prepare onions, green onions, and peppers by cutting them into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/6
Place the skin side down without oiling the pan, grill over medium heat, and season with salt and pepper.
STEP 4/6
When the skin is golden brown, turn it upside down and bake.
STEP 5/6
Add garlic (onions), green onions, and peppers and bake for another 5 minutes.
STEP 6/6
Cover and reduce to low heat and let it steam for 5 minutes.
Ryu Sooyoung's recipe includes sliced garlic, not onions^^
I made it with onions instead of garlic, and onions were good too
