Jongwon Baek Tuna Ssamjang Recipe How to make tuna Ssambap
My mom sent me lettuce that I grew myself. I was wondering what kind of food I should make with this lettuce, and I was wondering if there was a way to eat it differently than fresh kimchi, and she recommended ssambap. So I made it with tuna using the Jongwon Baek recipe.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Chop the onion and cheongyang red pepper and chop the green onion and red pepper.
STEP 2/8
Pour tuna oil into a pan and stir-fry green onions to make green onion oil.
STEP 3/8
Stir-fry minced onions, then add tuna and stir-fry.
STEP 4/8
Add soybean paste, red pepper paste, and minced garlic 0.5T each and stir-fry them.
STEP 5/8
Stir-fry minced Cheongyang red pepper, add 100ml of water, and boil it.
STEP 6/8
Add 1T of red pepper powder, 0.5T of sugar, and 1T of sesame oil to finish.
STEP 7/8
Put a little bit of sesame oil and sesame seeds in a bowl of rice and make it round.
STEP 8/8
After making lettuce into a cone shape, add rice, put ssamjang, and put sesame seeds and red pepper on top!
If you're on a diet, you can mash tofu and stir-fry it to make it low-salt, and I think it'll be good to make rice with brown rice or barley rice.
