Black sesame latte made by grinding black sesame seeds
One of the special menus at cafes these days is Heukimja Latte. The savory taste of black sesame goes really well with coffee. So today, I made a black sesame latte by grinding the black sesame that I bought before.

Ingredients
  • black sesame
    4T
  • Milk
    150ml
  • Whipping cream
    100ml
  • Espresso
    1shot
  • Sugar
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Place 4T black sesame seeds in blender and grind finely.
STEP 2/9
Add ground black sesame powder to about 100ml of whipped cream
STEP 3/9
Add 1T of sugar and whip. I used a Daiso whisk.
STEP 4/9
I'd like a shot of espresso, please. I used capsule coffee, but if you don't have a coffee machine, you can use instant coffee by melting it a little bit.
STEP 5/9
Put about 150ml of milk in a cup.
STEP 6/9
Pour the black sesame cream in here.
STEP 7/9
Lastly, put the extracted espresso on the top.
STEP 8/9
I'm done making black sesame latte with a savory taste.

Add ground black sesame powder to about 100ml of whipped cream.
