In order to make Injeolmi, I prepared sticky rice by soaking it the day before.

Grind the soaked rice in a blender, put cotton cloth in a steamer, steam the glutinous rice for about an hour, and check if it is cooked in the middle. When done, turn off the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.

I bought a bag of bean powder at a rice cake shop for 5,000 won. It's a lot more than I thought.

If the glutinous rice is cooked well, it's hot like this, but you can rub it with your hand, hit it with a bat, and relieve stress. Don't forget to apply cold water and add half a spoon of salt to the rice cake.
STEP 5/8
Make a well-polished rice cake the size of a bar rice cake. It's delicious because it's chewy even if you just eat it.
STEP 6/8
If you spin the bean powder, it'll get on you.
STEP 7/8
Cut the rice cake with bean powder into bite-size pieces.
STEP 8/8
It's steamed injeolmi, so the chewy and light taste is delicious. It's the best healthy snack.
