STEP 1/12
Soak seaweed in cold water.
STEP 2/12
Squeeze the water out of the soaked seaweed.
STEP 3/12
Make sure to remove blood from minced beef so that it doesn't taste fishy.
STEP 4/12
I'll officially start making it. First, put sesame oil and minced garlic in a pot.
STEP 5/12
Then add the minced beef and stir-fry it.
STEP 6/12
Add cooking wine right away and stir-fry until the beef is cooked.
STEP 7/12
When the beef is cooked, add the soaked seaweed and stir-fry it for about 5 minutes.
STEP 8/12
And add 800ml of water. From this point on, it's a strong fire.
STEP 9/12
I'm going to season it right away. First, put in the soy sauce.
STEP 10/12
Add salt. Then simmer over high heat until water is reduced by half. If you prefer hard seaweed to soft seaweed, skip the water step twice and reduce the time to boil.
STEP 11/12
When the water is half boiled down, add 250ml of water and boil it again. If you do this, the taste gets stronger and the seaweed gets soft. Taste it and add salt if you're bored.
