Today, I made rice topped with fish cake and had a simple meal. Fish cake has a salty seasoning, so it's a delicious ingredient in itself without any seasoning. I made rice topped with fish cake and it's delicious as expected :) It's a taste that everyone can enjoy without likes or dislikes.

  • Carrot

  • onion
    10g
  • mushroom
    1ea
  • Water
    100ml
  • thick soy sauce
    1t
  • cooking wine
    1t
  • Oligosaccharide
    1t
  • potato starch
  • Sesame oil
    1/2T
  • brown rice oil
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Soak fish cakes in hot water to remove the fat and slice them thinly.
STEP 2/8
Cut carrots, onions, and mushrooms into appropriate sizes.
STEP 3/8
Put brown rice oil on the pan and stir-fry onions and carrots first.
STEP 4/8
When the onion flavor comes up, add fish cake and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/8
When the fish cake is golden brown, stir-fry the mushrooms a little bit.
STEP 6/8
Add 100ml of water or broth, 1t of soy sauce, 1t of cooking wine, and 1t of oligosaccharide and boil.
STEP 7/8
When all the ingredients are cooked, add starch water (1:1 ratio) little by little to adjust the concentration.
STEP 8/8
Turn off the heat and finish with sesame oil.
