If you blanch spinach for a long time, it will become tough if you soften it, so blanch it until you're out of breath. If you squeeze the blanched spinach tightly, it will be tough and not soft. Add additional flower salt as the seasoning depends on the moisture level of spinach. You can eat it as a side dish, but if you like bibimbap, put it in the bibimbap ingredients and mix it deliciously with red pepper paste.
