Wash sweet potatoes in clean water and cook them at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Prepare 200g of butter.

Melt the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds,

1 tablespoon honey or oligosaccharide, 1 pinch of parsley powder,

Add chopped nuts and mix well and harden them in the refrigerator.

Put a spoonful of butter sauce in the pan,

Stir-fry chopped nuts until golden brown.

Remove the oil from the kitchen towel and let it cool.

Remove the sweet potatoes from the air fryer and place the hardened butter sauce on top of the hot sweet potatoes.

Finish with stir-fried nuts and parsley powder.
The sweet potato needs to be hot so that the sauce melts naturally on the sweet potato so that you can enjoy it more deliciously. Vanilla ice cream goes well with it, too!
