1.5 tablespoons sugar, 1.5 tablespoons tuna fish sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons red pepper powder, 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Put 1 cup (180ml) of water in a pan and half of the sauce and boil it over high heat. Add the soaked noodles (once mixing), close the lid on medium heat, and boil for 5 minutes (stirring not to burn)

Add 1/2 cup of water (90ml) to the remaining sauce with bean sprouts, green onions, and fish cakes and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes
