Instead of tortilla, I hydrated the square rice paper with water purifier instead of hot water, spread it out in four layers, and ate a light meal with a large diet spring roll with a refrigerator vegetable, tuna can oil, and mustard sauce.

Ingredients
  • canned tuna
    1can
  • Lettuce
    1handful
  • Carrot
    1/3ea
  • Chili peppers
    4ea
  • Mustard
    1~2TS
  • rice paper
    4~6piece
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Sift a 100g can of tuna and squeeze the oil as tightly as possible with your hands
STEP 2/9
There are only lettuce leaves that are too small. Slice a handful of lettuce and 1/3 carrot finely. Prepare 4 kkari peppers
STEP 3/9
Prepare 2 extra sheets of square rice paper as the sides may burst. Soak water from the water purifier, not hot water.
STEP 4/9
And spread it out on the cutting board
STEP 5/9
Lettuce is the first. Drain the lettuce as much as possible. If the ingredients are too watery, the rice paper will burst easily
STEP 6/9
And put the prepared carrot on top and put tuna and kkari pepper on top
STEP 7/9
Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of mustard sauce.
STEP 8/9
And roll it tightly as if you're rolling a gimbap. If the sides burst, spread the excess rice paper in water and roll it again.
STEP 9/9
And cut it in half.
