Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Chop vegetables and remove blood from beef using kitchen towels.
STEP 2/4
Place chopped zucchini, onion, and bloodless beef in a bowl and add 1T of rice flour.
STEP 3/4
Tap with your hands to mix the ingredients well and make it a good viscosity to make it stick together. If you want to season it, add soy sauce or salt.
STEP 4/4
Make it into bite-size pieces for the baby and steam it on medium heat for 20 minutes in a steamer for 20 minutes.
Please wrap the remaining beef sticks and keep them frozen!
