Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare perilla leaves by washing them well. Seasoning in a pot (2 cups of bottled water, 0.5 cups of soy sauce, 5T of vinegar).Add 5T sugar, 1/4 onion, 1/2 green onion, 4 garlic) and bring to a boil.

When the sauce starts to boil, boil over medium low heat for another 10 minutes.
STEP 3/6
When the sauce is ready to boil, put 5 perilla leaves in the side dish container and pour the sauce over the perilla leaves one by one.

If you put both perilla leaves and seasoning, close the lid and put it in the refrigerator.
STEP 5/6
After a day, take the pickled perilla leaves out of the refrigerator and put the perilla leaves soaked in the seasoning on the bottom. You can eat pickled perilla leaves right away.

If you take out 5 sheets each and eat it as a side dish, it smells like perilla leaves and keeps your appetite alive.
