First, whip the egg until it bubbles up.

Add sugar to whipped eggs. If you like sour taste, reduce sugar like me and increase the amount of sugar if you want more sweetness.

And hit it hard with a whipping machine.

Whip until the yellow color is slightly lighter and the ivory color turns.

I'm going to start cooking now. Pour lemon juice into a skillet and top with whipped egg sugar water.

Then bring to a boil over low heat while stirring. The eggs may be cooked, so make sure to boil them over low heat.

When it starts to thicken at a watery concentration, add the butter and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the butter is completely dissolved. The concentration is perfect if it's a soft flowing thickness.

If it's soft and thick, put it on a sieve and make it softer.

Done~! After cooling it completely, put it in a bottle that has been sterilized with hot water and refrigerate it.
