How to steam salty and savory barley dried yellow corvina delici
My acquaintance sent me barley dried yellow corvina and the recipe, so I followed it as it was, and it was so light, savory, and delicious. It tastes so good when you put a piece of barley and dried yellow corvina in green tea^^ It's a Japanese Ochazuke. It's going to be dried yellow corvina ochazuke. Green tea and alcohol eliminate the fishy taste of barley dried yellow corvina, and the savory dried corvina is salty, chewy, and delicious. It's delicious to put rice in cool green tea water in hot summer, and these days, when the weather is cool, it's delicious to put rice in warm green tea with freshly cooked rice. It's not difficult to cook barley dried yellow corvina and it's simple, but I like it because it's a delicious meal.^^ There are times when I like a simple meal like this. It was a delicious dinner thanks to a grateful acquaintance.^^

Ingredients
  • dried yellow corvina
    2ea
  • Water
    1L
  • Cheongju
    7spoon

  • Green tea
    1L
  • Cheongju
    1/2cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Soak water, green tea leaves, and alcohol in barley corvina for about an hour.
STEP 2/7
Scrape the scales, cut the fins, pour water into the steamer, add alcohol, and put green tea leaves on the steamer and top with dried yellow corvina. I sprinkled alcohol on the dried yellow corvina.
STEP 3/7
Cover and steam for about 15 minutes. Boil over high heat at first, and when it starts to boil, reduce to medium heat (about 7 highlights) and cook. If you cook it for too long, the intestines will melt, so about 15 minutes is enough. I steamed it for 15 minutes and left it in the residual heat, and it was cooked deliciously.
STEP 4/7
Put green tea leaves in a tea net and pour boiling water to make green tea.
STEP 5/7
Serve with rice, green tea, and dried yellow corvina.
