STEP 1/8
Slice the crunchy and red peppers as thin as possible.
STEP 2/8
Tear the crab meat in a long way!
STEP 3/8
Break 3 eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork like a pinch of salt. I loosened it until my wrist hurt.
STEP 4/8
Make the sauce with soy sauce, stevia, perilla oil, and sesame salt!
STEP 5/8
Put olive oil on a heated pan and pour egg water. I'm going to make a total of 3 egg garnish. Pour in the egg mixture and turn it over when it is about 90% cooked and take it out right away. If it's overcooked, the egg garnish can get a little dry.
STEP 6/8
Wipe the pan with a kitchen towel and stir-fry all the ingredients (because I don't want to wash). Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry it
STEP 7/8
The eggplant that was hot until the ingredients were fried is made of warm egg garnish Roll it about three times and cut the egg garnish into long pieces like chopped noodles! Oh! That's plausible!
STEP 8/8
Put it nicely in a bowl and put the soy sauce on top, and egg noodles are done!
Whenever I stir with chopsticks, "Wow~"~~ It looks like real noodles." The savory scent of sesame salt wraps around my nose. Crab meat itself has a sweet taste, so it has a savory and sweet taste. Savory food can be bitten, but spicy pepper and red pepper are chewy and refreshing. Since it's egg noodles, it doesn't have a chewy texture like flour noodles, but I've tried making it like slurping noodles. I recommend slurping egg noodles when I want to eat noodles when I'm on a diet.
