STEP 1/10
1 spoonful of ginger (Cheongju), a little bit of salt and pepper, and let it season for about 10 minutes.
STEP 2/10
I cut the green onions sideways, cut the peppers, take out the kimchi sauce, and cut them with scissors to make them easier to eat. I also put the kimchi soup in a sieve and put it separately.
STEP 3/10
Put 1 spoonful of perilla oil in a pot and stir-fry the seasoned pork.
STEP 4/10
Add the sliced kimchi and stir-fry it together.
STEP 5/10
When kimchi is cooked to a certain extent, pour anchovy kelp stock. I put in about 100ml, but they will put in soy sauce, so I put in about 2/3 of the ingredients.
STEP 6/10
I added about 80ml of kimchi soup.
STEP 7/10
Add bean paste and boil the seasoning ingredients until they are cooked. If you want to taste it spicy, add 1 spoon of red pepper powder.
STEP 8/10
Add 1 small spoon of minced garlic and simmer. Look at the seasoning and salt the lack of seasoning.
STEP 9/10
Add green onions and peppers and finish.
STEP 10/10
The delicious sound and smell made the table full and delicious. It is filled with a soft savory taste that is different from tofu made of beans.
If you add a little bit of kimchi soup when you cook kimchi bean-bizzi stew, it can be seasoned and the taste becomes deeper.
