How to make savory oatmeal choco cookies
I bought a pressed oatmeal and gave it to her several times on a diet, but it's left because she doesn't eat it well. I made oatmeal cookies with healthy oatmeal. I don't need eggs, and I think it's an easy recipe that's not as sensitive as other baking. It's comfortable to just measure the amount of all the ingredients and shake them at once, so there's almost no chance of failure. It has a lot of oatmeal and nuts in it, so it's good for your health, and I think it looked even better because I made it with chocolate cookies that I like Dotty just in case it tastes bland. If you want more chocolate, you can add more cocoa powder. I'm happy to make delicious cookies with bad oatmeal^^

  • Soft flour

  • Cooking oil
    70ml
  • Butter
    30g
  • Sugar
    110g
  • Milk
    120ml
  • Salt
    2g

    200g
  • cocoa powder

  • Vanilla essence

Cooking Steps

Melt the butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

Mix melted butter with oil. It's grape seed oil, so it has a light green color.

Add sugar and salt to milk and stir well to dissolve.

Pour all the oil and milk into the bowl.

Add cocoa powder and a cup of chocolate chips, sprinkle with vanilla essence, and mix well with spatula.

Scoop out a spoon at a time in a parchment cooking mold and shape it. Bake at 170 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Or bake an air fryer at 170 degrees for 14-15 minutes.
