Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Let me introduce Yeolmu Mulguksu.

Boil the noodles and put them on a strainer tray in cold water.
STEP 3/7
Add dongchimi broth, sugar and vinegar and mix well.
STEP 4/7
Boil the eggs and cut them in half.
STEP 5/7
Place young radish kimchi on noodles and gently place eggs on top. Pour in the pre-made Yeolmu-mul kimchi soup so that the ingredients don't get messed up.

Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

Yeolmu Mulguksu is done.
Mix commercial dongchimu broth and yeolmu-mul kimchi soup together and make bibimmulguksu broth with sugar and vinegar in advance. If you can feel the coolness more, you can add ice.
