Simple shabu-shabu, low moisture, steamed beef host, beef cabbag
Usually, steamed dishes put water under a steamer and steam the ingredients with steam. But the broth was a waste. So, low-water stewed beef with a slightly different style.k.a. a little change in the way. You can eat kalguksu because of the moisture from the vegetables, and the beef is steamed without touching the water, so it's really soft.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Cut the cabbage into pieces, remove the bottom of the mushroom, and wash the bean sprouts to drain.

After it's cooked, you can eat it on the table with a low heat while keeping it warm. You can boil it from the beginning.

If you don't have broth for commercial shabu, you can season the soup with tuna fish sauce, red crab soy sauce, soup soy sauce, and coin broth. The seasoning of the soup should be adjusted to the extent that it feels a little strong to blend with the moisture in the vegetables.
