STEP 1/10
Remove the guts of hairtail and wash it in clean water. It removes all the shiny silver scales from the hairtail. Sprinkle a little salt on the hairtail.
STEP 2/10
Mix 1 large spoonful of flour, 1 large spoonful of potato starch, 1/2 small spoonful of curry powder (optional), and a little pepper.
STEP 3/10
This is the end of the batter.
STEP 4/10
Coat both sides of hairtail evenly with batter.
STEP 5/10
Coat the hairtail evenly so that it doesn't show the flesh.
STEP 6/10
You can coat all the hairtail with fried clothes.
STEP 7/10
Grease the pan with plenty of oil. When the oil is heated, put all the hairtail on top.
STEP 8/10
If baked for more than 5 minutes, the oil turns brown due to the batter.
STEP 9/10
Turn it over and bake it for 3 to 4 minutes.
STEP 10/10
Place the finished grilled hairtail on a plate.
It's delicious to eat it with warm rice after applying thorns well. Fresh fried hairtail is the best side dish. Curry powder is in it, so it doesn't smell fishy at all.
