Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Separate cabbage leaves one by one and disinfect them by immersing them in vinegar water for 10-20 minutes.

Soak tofu in water for about 10 minutes and remove any additives. Please change the water in the middle.

Rinse the cabbages thoroughly and drain them, peel the carrots and shred the cabbages and carrots finely.

When the tofu is soboro and fluffy, add 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon sugar and mix well

Put the rice in the middle of the cabbage carrot pan, mix the rice with salt and sesame seeds separately, then mix the cabbage, carrot, and rice together.

Add tofu soboro and mix together.

For the two versions of Gimbap with vegan and sausage, I cut the sausage into long pieces and fried it separately.
