Put 2 stainless steel spoons and clams in well-melt water and cover it with black plastic. And after leaving it in a dark place for about an hour, the kids are sticking out their mouths in a cute way, right? Wash it quickly.

It is said that cutting radish and making garlic on the side makes a clean soup.
It tastes good even if you chop it up when the green garlic belt comes out these days.

Cook radish and water by boiling. I boiled it for about 10 minutes.

I put in a lot of clams that were processed by the method of defrosting Dongjuk. I also put in sliced garlic. Add 1T of Mirim or Cheongju.

It's delicious even if you take out the clams and add chopped noodles after eating them. If you add more water, you need to add a new seasoning.
