Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the old cabbage kimchi into bite-size pieces
STEP 2/6
Slice 1 large spam into bite-sized pieces. *If you take a shower with boiling water after cutting, it neutralizes the salty taste and removes oil and miscellaneous smell
STEP 3/6
Please cut half of the green onion
STEP 4/6
Put olive oil in a pan, add chopped kimchi, spam (Richam), minced garlic, and seasoning, and stir-fry for 7 to 8 minutes over high heat while mixing well *Adjust the sweet taste to your taste. If the kimchi is salty, you don't have to add thick soy sauce
STEP 5/6
Add the chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and sesame oil and stir-fry them for 1 to 2 minutes
STEP 6/6
It's good to eat it as a side dish and lunch box if you add spam (Richam) with sour and ripe kimchi
You have to add a small amount of sugar according to the sourness of the old kimchi
