Healthy green onion pancake and kimchi pancake made with oatmeal
Pancake using oatmeal powder instead of flour! It's harder to make pancakes than when using flour or pancake flour, but can I stop making flour with this recipe that's a little healthier?

Grind the oatmeal in a blender.

Add salt and water to the oatmeal and knead.
