First of all, the seaweed I bought is so salty because it's salt-stained. Dip it in water and drain enough salt. If you take out too much saltiness, you have to season it again, so just do it salty. Then, put perilla oil in a pan and add ground garlic to make garlic oil.

Add the carrot shreds and stir-fry while making garlic oil, and then add the seaweed stems. And when the seaweed turns green, add sesame seeds, sesame oil, and pepper to match the seasoning.
