Easy side dish to make stir-fried shiitake mushroom Make simple
It's good to get ingredients as a gift. I have to buy ingredients anyway, so I don't throw them away regardless of whether I like them or not. I made a simple side dish because I don't think I should leave it for too long as a shiitake mushroom gift last holiday. Stir-fry shiitake mushrooms with chewy texture and eat them as a side dish, add them to bibimbap, or put them as noodle garnish.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
I prepared 60g dried shiitake mushrooms.
STEP 2/8
And put it in a bowl and soak it with water. Pour it in enough water and soak the mushrooms gently. It's a shredded mushroom, so it gets soft quickly.

Then shake it under running water and take it out through a sieve. And squeeze the water as tightly as possible

Put 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of plum extract in a bowl. Then, add the prepared mushrooms and coat them.

Put 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a heated pan, prepare 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1 green onion, cut the white part, and stir-fry it.
STEP 6/8
Then, put the mushrooms in the sauce and stir-fry them evenly.

Lastly, cut the green onion and stir-fry it with 1 tablespoon sesame.
