STEP 1/11
Prepare bibimmyeon. It's for 4 people, but his dad said he'd eat 2 sticks, so I cooked all 5 sticks.
STEP 2/11
Boil the noodles in boiling water for about 3 minutes, rinse them in cold water, and drain them.
STEP 3/11
Add the bibimmyeon sauce and mix it.
STEP 4/11
Place the bibimmyeon in a bowl and add seaweed flakes.
STEP 5/11
Place sliced cucumbers on top of seaweed flakes and apple slices in half-moon shape.
STEP 6/11
Add fried dumplings and boiled eggs in half. Bibimmyeon is done!!
STEP 7/11
I put it aside to eat it as a side dish Cut 1/2 cucumber sideways.
STEP 8/11
Cut the perilla leaves into bite-size pieces.
STEP 9/11
I bought Euljiro whelk for the first time, and I was surprised when I opened it. It's not just whelks, but it has noodles in it, so it doesn't look good. I bought it on sale, but next time, I'm just going to buy one with whelks in it
STEP 10/11
I thought it would be bland, so I put in the red pepper paste that I had at home. Maybe because it's a mix, but it's just right and delicious^^
STEP 11/11
Mix it well and put it in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds.
It's good even if you sprinkle chives on bibimmyeon.
