How to steam crab and abalone in season
In spring, female crabs full of eggs are delicious because it is a female crab season, but the price is a little burdensome, and autumn is a male crab season, so there are no eggs, but instead, you can eat blue crabs at a low price. It's a recipe that steamed autumn blue crabs, but it's spring, so you can use it as a female crab. Abalone is also a live abalone, so it's fresh and chewy even after steaming. Since it's fresh, the intestines are not fishy and savory. I dip abalone in sesame oil or red pepper paste according to my preference. Blue crabs are delicious if you take off the shell, remove the belly button, cut them into 2-4 pieces with scissors, and spread the flesh. It is good that the whole family can sit around and eat a lot because it is served with sweet crabs and Jeon Dong-bok.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash the abalone in water.
STEP 2/4
Brush the crab and abalone with a toothbrush and rinse off the moss and impurities.
STEP 3/4
Add water to the steamer and add a spoonful of soybean paste. When the water boils, place the crab on the steamer down.
STEP 4/4
Sprinkle wine on top of blue crab and place abalone on top. Cover and steam for 15 minutes, remove from heat and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
