How to make a canola flower pretata full of spring light
When I visited my acquaintance's couple's house who live in Yeongdo, Busan for a month, rape flowers were in full bloom. The rape vegetables are crunchy and have a good unique scent and are delicious, but the yellow rape flowers also have a rape scent and are sweet and delicious. It's good to pick a little rape flowers and make salad, or use it as a garnish on bibimbap or other dishes. I made an Italian omelet fritata dish and put rape flowers on it at the end, and it becomes a magnificent spring fritata. I thought the rape flowers were just looking pretty, but I didn't know it was this delicious. Everyone ate it so deliciously. The person who made it is happiest at times like this, right?
